This job was for a Miss Katherine S. This was a complicated job, but Aurum Contracting was up to the challenge. Aurum Contracting installed a new metal roof for Miss Katherine, redid the back deck, installed new windows and new french doors that aren’t pictured. This exterior rebuild had a lot of complicated steps, but it was done in less than 3 months! From approval of the contract, Aurum Contracting ordered the materials and worked hard for final approval. This was not covered by an insurance claim, but Aurum Contracting offers our own 5-year craftsman’s warranty on all construction and remodeling work we do!
